      Payment Plan

                                                  DOWN PAYMENT PLAN - A(REBATE 3% ON BSP)
      At the time of Registration 10% + 100% IDC
      Within 45 days from date of booking 85% of BSP + 100% of EDC + Car Park + PLC + Club Membership fee
      On final time of Notice for possession 5% + stamp duty + any other charges as applicable
         

                                                                         INTEREST FREE INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN - B
      At the time of booking 10% + 100% IDC
      Within 30 days of booking 10% + 50% of EDC
      Within 60 days of booking 10% + 25% of EDC + 50% of PCL
      Within 90 days of booking 5% + 25% of EDC + 50% of PCL
      Within 120 days of booking 15% + 100% Car Parking

      NOTE: 

      1. External Development Charges (EDC) as mentioned above are charged on pro-rated per apartment as applicable to this Group Housing Site. In case of any upward revision there of by the government agencies in future the same would be recorvered on pro-rata basis.
      2. Prices are Escalation Free but subject to revision/withdrawal without notice at company's sole discretion.
      3. Apartment would be provided with a power back up of 7.5 KW approx.
      4. One Covered Car Parking along with an apartment is essential and for Pent House two covered car parks are essential.
      5. The company would hand over the possession in 36 months. Company would pay penalty to its customers @ Rs.5/- per sq.ft. per month for any delay in handing over the product if he/she fails to take possession within 30 days from the date of issue of notice of possession. 
      6. Registration Charges and Maintenance security shall be payable extra at the time of notice for possession.
      7. Prices, terms and conditions stated herein are merely indicative with a view to acquaint the applicant and are not exhaustive. For detailed terms and conditions please refer to the application form and Flat Buyer's Agreement.
      8. All the payments should be made by cheque / demand draft in favour of "Park View Infrasturcture Ltd." payable at Delhi / Gurgaon.
      9. I installments in the above installment plan shall become payable on demand irrespective of the serial order in which they are listed above.
